Genève, Suisse, 1er avril 2025 – La photographie, lorsqu’elle est associée à Internet, devient un outil puissant pour nous connecter au monde. La photographie est bien plus qu’un art ; c’est un langage universel qui nous relie, stimule la créativité et raconte des histoires qui méritent d’être vues. Partant de ce principe, le Giga Photo Contest 2025 est un festival international célébrant l’impact de la connexion. Son lancement officiel a lieu le 1er avril 2025 à Olivier Varenne Art Moderne & Contemporain, en collaboration avec le Centre de la Photographie Genève. À cette occasion, Giga lancera un appel à contributions pour des photographies et des récits illustrantle thème « La joie de la connexion ».

Photography is more than an art form; it is a universal language that connects us, sparks creativity, and tells stories that demand to be seen. Based on this premise, the Giga Photo Contest 2025 is an international festival celebrating the impact of being connected. Launching on 1st April 2025 at Olivier Varenne Art Moderne & Contemporain, with Centre de la Photographie Genève, Giga is launching an open call for photographs and stories related to “The Joy of Connection.”
