Giga works with Governments to build the capacity needed to plan, deliver and maintain connectivity over time — ensuring that progress is sustained beyond individual projects.
In 2025, 128 government delegates from 52 countries participated in Giga training programmes at the Giga Learning Hub. Capacity-building covered infrastructure planning, procurement, and financing.
Programmes such as the Government Technology Exchange Programme (GTEP) bring officials together to develop practical roadmaps for national connectivity, working directly with Giga tools and technical experts.
This strengthens national ownership and enables Governments to manage connectivity as part of long-term public infrastructure.
